Betsy Millane is a Realtor and Author who lives in Needham, and is known for her professional, ethical standards and care for her clients. As President of the Needham Women’s Club, President of the Women in Business group, and participation in various other volunteer organizations, Betsy has become a recognized name in the community.

Betsy grew up in Michigan, learning the best standards of Real Estate work at the dinner table where her two parents, both Realtors, talked about their own excellent practices. She attended Boston College and the University of Lancaster, earning a BA in English literature and graduated cum laude.

After graduating, Betsy worked for Jordan Marsh and then as a sale representative for John Wiley. After raising two children, she came to Boston to take up her real estate practice. 

 

An avid writer and reader, Betsy’s book, based on her family’s experiences in the Dutch Underground during WWII, Sixty Blades of Grass, was published by Bloodhound Books in June of 2023.

She created Betsy’s Concierge Home Maintenance as a response to a need she recognized in the marketplace: To help manage and maintain homes for those who are away or would prefer for someone else to respond to maintenance needs and emergency needs.
