Betsy assists all homeowners with managing home maintenence, but she specializes in helping seniors to age in place safely by also responding to any new home developments or crises, and communicating with seniors' loved ones.
Seniors want to stay in their homes as long as possible, as it's a place they love and are familiar with, where their memories are, where friends visit, and where they have a routine. But they don’t want to be a burden.

Are you away and need a reliable person to check on your home?
I monitor your home for storm damage, deliveries, malfunctioning appliances and other services.
I give service providers access to the repair areas, check on their work, relay work progress and be the local liaison for you.
HomeWatch creates a customized checklist specific to your home.
HomeWatch visits your home (weekly, typically) checks flushing toilets, mechanicals, looks for running water or leaks, checks if windows and the roof are damaged, and more. The checklist gets more detailed based on exactly what your home needs, and if you have issues that have historically cropped up, they will be included as well.
